  1. Master in Environmental Engineering – Sopron University, Sopron
  2. Master in Crop Production Engineering – Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences, Szent István Campus, Gödöllő
  3. Master in Horticultural Engineering – Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences, Buda Campus, Budapest

Scholarship Benefits

  • Age: Candidates under 30 are preferred.

Application Procedure

The application and selection process for scholarships beginning in September 2024 involves two phases:

1. Pre-screening by FAO

  • FAO will pre-screen candidates and submit applications to the Ministry of Agriculture of Hungary.
  • The Ministry will forward applications to the chosen University as indicated by the applicants.
  • Students must submit complete dossiers, and incomplete applications will not be considered.

2. Examination and University Selection:

  • Selected candidates may undergo a written or oral English examination as part of the admission procedure.
  • Participating universities will conduct a further selection process and inform successful candidates directly.
  • FAO will not be involved in the university’s selection process, and the Ministry will notify selected students.

Deadline

Applications should be submitted via email from January 15 to February 29, 2024.
